Why We Built This Site
Pennsylvania provides public access to many court records, but Warren County uses several office paths. The Prothonotary handles civil common pleas files and divorce proceedings. The Clerk of Courts handles criminal common pleas records. The Register of Wills, Recorder of Deeds, and Clerk of Orphans' Court handles marriage licenses, estate work, guardianships, and Orphans' Court filings. Magisterial District Courts handle traffic, summary, landlord-tenant, and preliminary criminal matters. The goal is to place those official paths, phone numbers, portals, and request steps in one organized Warren County reference.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
